EFT is an energy healing technique which works on the energy system of our bodies. Diane, a certified EFT practitioner, helps people “Tap” on various acupressure points resulting in clearing away emotional issues that can keep us stuck.

Emotional scars and trauma, physical pain, and that nagging voice that repeatedly comes up and won’t leave us alone. These aspects in our lives that we hold onto prevent us from living the lives we were meant to live. These techniques are now being scientifically acknowledged as an energy healing modality that works.
