Individual Sessions are 45 minutes, after the 1st 1-hour session
After the initial consult, Diane determines the best course of action to take, for the start of your session as she guides you into this self-healing process. She will work diligently in helping you explore and uncover whatever it is you need to, whether it be core root issues or everyday stresses in your daily life. Often the established results shift you into new insight. The goal is always for you to see this new perspective (which will ultimately give you a new insight(s), which will take you to a calmer state). In most cases, the client finds they are able to forward in an easier way with their life as they create new experiences and grow. The obstacles that were once thought of as hard to overcome, – the perceived thoughts and reactions you repeated over and over again, become thoughts of the past which no longer run your life.
Most people take 3-5 sessions and then continue on a maintenance schedule of one every month, or on an “as needed” basis. This is very subjective. Often, many benefit from one, two or three sessions. The choice is yours. Visually guided meditations, meditation, reiki and other energy techniques may also be woven into sessions.
Sessions can take place in Diane’s Office, or at your office, as well as in the comfort of your home.

In seeing and understanding a new perspective and, in feeling an actual shift in our bodies we can dismantle the false beliefs that are running our lives. (Often those we didn’t even know about). We can then feel the love for ourselves. Only when we reach this point can we bring our authentic happy self to the table. In “self-love,” we can feel our own power.
When we take our inner world to a peaceful place, our outer world (our environment, other people and circumstances) cannot elicit a reaction from us that puts us into “Survival Mode”. Wouldn’t it be nice to be present for other people, and those we love without compromising our own precious energy force? We can get out of the cycle which can create all kinds of dis-ease in us, on a mental, physical and emotional level.
